Dr. Mojtaba Farrokh earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Management with a concentration in Operations Research from the University of Tehran. He also received his M.S. in Industrial Management with a focus on Production and Operations Management, as well as his B.S. in Industrial Management. He has worked as a specialist and project manager in business process intelligence across various manufacturing, service, and financial companies. His research interests center on optimization models, supply chain management, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in retail, banking, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. He has published numerous articles in reputable journals, including Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Computers and Operations Research, Opsearch, and Scientia Iranica.
